I wrote and recorded this while I was at my job in 2018. I worked at a music studio as an audio engineer at this time. I’d go into work early before a session and go vibe out in one of the open studios.
This job was the last place I worked for and will ever work for. When I made the decision to leave, I made a promise to myself to go out and become my own boss. Build. Pay myself. Follow my passions. And hire on people whom I will pay tremendous amounts of money because U respect their contributions and respect their time and commitment to working with me.
This song is in no way about my previous job, but I remember the headspace I was in when I created this song.
Anyways…
